It is Freerunning when you allow yourse...Yes, Oddy! It is Freerunning when you allow yourself to make unneccessary movements..I think Freerunning & Parkour used to be one and the same though, and in the book I mention, written in '06 they're not seperate..<br />I watch and remember my gymnastic days and DREAM of going back and trying Parcour out - it would be an absolute blast!!
